Case Study: for a Telecom Operator

01. As a key player in the telecommunications sector, the client wanted to draw inspiration from the innovative agile practices implemented by digital leaders.

As part of the transition to the Scrum framework, the objective was twofold: to ensure compliance with the tight deadlines of two strategic projects, while supporting the organizational transformation of the teams towards a sustainable agile operating mode.

02. The mission began with an observation phase aimed at establishing a precise diagnosis of each project.

This initial analysis made it possible to identify the main obstacles and define a structured action plan, divided into several sprints.

We then deployed an agile coaching service designed to support the Scrum Master and all stakeholders.
The coach ensured the skills development of key players by clarifying roles and responsibilities, leading estimation workshops, and co-constructing a storymap to structure the product backlog.

At the end of the mission, in-depth feedback was carried out with the teams and stakeholders in order to capitalize on the learning and disseminate best practices within the organization.

03. The intervention of the agile coach allowed a progressive adaptation of the Scrum framework to the technical and operational realities specific to each project.

Thanks to a pragmatic and collaborative approach, the coach facilitated the appropriation of the Scrum framework by all stakeholders, while strengthening the confidence of the project managers through better visibility on the vision, management and progress of the work.
